Homeschool High School Transcript Template and GPA Calculator Spreadsheet, Google Sheets and Excel

A homeschool high school transcript that builds itself while you plan and record all four years.

Most transcript templates only format the final page, so you still have to add up credits and work out the GPA yourself. This spreadsheet does that work for you. Log each course once and the transcript, GPA, credits and graduation progress all update on their own. It's college application season, so if you have a senior, you can print a clean one-page transcript today.

WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU
- Automatic GPA: weighted and unweighted, per school year and cumulative, for each student. You can edit the grading scale (A+ through F, plus P for Pass) and the weights (default Honors +0.5, AP and Dual Enrollment +1.0).
- Credits from hours: log hours instead of credits and it converts them using your hours-per-credit setting (default 150; 120-180 hours is the common rule). For example, 190 hours = 1.25 credits.
- Graduation progress: enter your own credit targets by subject (state or college-prep). Each subject shows earned, planned and a status: Met, On track, or Short X credits. The overall status only says On track when no subject is short, so gaps are never hidden.
- Printable one-page transcript: school and student info, grades 9-12 with course, level (H / AP / DE), credit and grade, plus per-year GPA, cumulative GPA, total credits, your grading scale key and a signature line. Pick a student and print.
- Printable Course Descriptions page, grouped by year, built from the same course list.
- Four-Year Plan: courses by grade, planned vs completed, and requirement progress on one printable page.
- Dashboard: credits earned and planned, GPA and requirement status for up to 4 students.
- A check column flags rows that need attention, such as a completed course with no grade.
