HOW TO START
Download the PDF from Etsy in a browser, open the blank-template link, sign in to Google and make your own copy. A Google account and internet connection are required. Desktop use is recommended.

SCOPE & LIMITS
60 orders, 150 revisions and 26 capacity weeks. Remaining hours and cumulative payments are entered manually. Blocked work still counts toward planned load. The sheet does not request customer approval, send messages, process payments or connect to Etsy.

This is a manually maintained Google Sheets template. It does not connect to Etsy, payment accounts or other Planzo workbooks. Excel compatibility is not included. This is a digital download; no physical item will be sent.

Does an earlier approval cover a new revision?
No. The latest revision needs its own Approved status, date and evidence.

Why is shipping blocked?
Review the latest approval and QA status. Delivered orders also require a delivery reference.

Will the sheet collect a deposit or email a customer?
No. You record those actions after handling them through your usual tools.
