HOW TO GET STARTED
Extract the ZIP file, review the Guide and the demo, then use a copy of the blank template. Select the period and cash balance as of January 1st in Settings. Enter your payments in the designated cells. Calculations are password-protected against accidental changes.

CLEAR CALCULATIONS
This template tracks payments actually received or made, not outstanding invoices. For partial payments, use a separate identifier for each payment; do not re-enter the invoice total. Refunds are entered as positive amounts with their designated nature. VAT is entered manually, between zero and the total amount including VAT. Cash flows and the cash balance do not constitute accounting profit or loss. Recorded expenses are not automatically tax-deductible.

COMPATIBILITY AND SCOPE
XLSX format, Excel desktop recommended. Scenarios verified in LibreOffice. Opening, full recalculation, formula errors, and non-regression of numerical results checked in Microsoft Excel 16.0. Excel software not provided; no Google Sheets version included. No macros, Python, API, or internet connection required to use the workbook.
