GIOVA Digital | Weekly + Monthly Time Tracking Package
Two distinct layouts: weekly in petrol blue/turquoise, monthly in plum/terracotta. The ZIP file contains four workbooks: blank weekly and demo, blank monthly and demo, instructions, and report. The two layouts are independent and do not automatically synchronize.

Choose the month, year, and ISO week, then enter your schedule: working hours, overtime, and night shifts are calculated automatically. One or two shifts per day, breaks between shifts, data entry verification, and A4 printing.

INCLUDED
Blank Excel template, entirely fictitious demonstration, instructions and validation report. Microsoft Excel desktop required, software not included. No macros or subscription. Primarily compatible with Excel 365 desktop; no Google Sheets compatibility announced.

FUNCTIONING
Adjustable weekly threshold (35 hours by default), adjustable nighttime hours (10 PM–6 AM by default). Nighttime hours are included in the total. An exit before an entry means the following day. Decimal hours: 7:50 AM = 7:30 AM.

Overtime is calculated per full week, from Monday to Sunday, beyond the chosen threshold. In the monthly view, enter the extra days required for border weeks; the totals at the top remain limited to the month. The week selection in the monthly view only changes the summary.

One file per person and period. Archive a copy before changing month/year or week to weekly: the schedules remain in the same lines and are reassigned to the new dates. Nights are linked to the start date. No automatic history, salary, or overtime rate calculations.

CONTROL AND LICENSING
Four workbooks recalculated in Microsoft Excel, 56 successful numerical checks, previews exported from Excel. Calculated cells protected without a password against accidental changes. For internal use by the buyer or their company; customization permitted, resale and redistribution prohibited.
