HOW THE PRICING WORKS

Your labor cost per man-hour comes out of your own numbers. Your overhead multiplier comes out of your own numbers. The book bills at a flat rate premium over your break-even, and it tells you what that premium is and warns you if you ever drop under break-even. Nothing is hidden and nothing is hard coded.

IT EXPORTS INTO YOUR FIELD SERVICE SOFTWARE

There is a Software Export tab built for import wizards. One row per service, 320 of them, with Code, Industry, Category, Name, Price, Cost, Unit, Better Price and Best Price. Every figure on it is a live formula, so it always matches your current rate.

The import steps are written on the tab. Housecall Pro, where the Industry field has to read Plumbing exactly or the upload fails. ServiceTitan, which rejects any file with a column added or removed, so you paste into their own template. Jobber and anything similar, under Products and Services.

Save the tab as a CSV and upload it. No retyping 320 services into a web form.
