North Carolina ESA+ Tracker Spreadsheet, Education Student Accounts Homeschool Budget, Google Sheets and Excel

A North Carolina ESA+ tracker spreadsheet for home school families, already set up for the 2026-27 Education Student Accounts with each child's $9,000 or $17,000 award, the two ClassWallet deposits and the $500 core spending minimum.

Set up for NC ESA+ 2026-27: $9,000 or $17,000 award (half for part-time), half deposited each semester, the June 15 ClassWallet deadline and the rollover rule. All amounts and dates can be edited if your award differs.

★ BUILT FOR NC ESA+
• Award figured for each child: $9,000, or $17,000 for a qualifying disability, halved for part-time
• Two deposits (fall and spring), the next deposit and what has arrived in ClassWallet so far
• $500 core academic minimum check: which children have spent it on core curriculum or tutoring
• Rollover estimate: up to $4,500 for the $17,000 award, and how much would go back to SEAA
• Device check: one computer, tablet and interactive whiteboard per child every 3 years
• ClassWallet marketplace, Pay Vendor and approved reimbursements as payment methods

★ WHAT ELSE IT DOES
• Available today vs. still scheduled: a deposit counts only once its date has passed
• Spending pace: % of funds used vs. % of the program year passed, with an Ahead / On pace / Behind status and "left to plan" per child
• Waiting list: days waiting for every pending purchase or claim, an Overdue flag after the number of days you choose, and a list of rejected items with your notes
• Paperwork flags: any purchase missing a receipt or justification note is flagged
• Dashboard: award, deposited, spent, pending, planned and available for each child and the whole family, plus spending by category
• Student Summary: pick a child and print one page with their funds, category totals and every purchase
• Up to 5 kids, editable categories and payment methods
