To Do List for reMarkable, Paper Pro Move, Montblanc and iPad, Hyperlinked Digital Planner PDF, 40 Daily Lists, AI Prompts

Write the list by hand. Let AI sort it.

The To-Do Page is the simplest Fairhand page and the quickest way to try the handoff. Each list starts with the one thing that has to happen today, then a list with a when column, what you are waiting on, how many times something has been carried forward, and what you did that was not on the list. Export or photograph the page, paste the prompt printed on the Handoff card into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, and it comes back sorted into today, this week, someone else's and drop.

Priced as low as we can go on Etsy without losing money on it.

WHAT IS INSIDE
- 40 hyperlinked lists with an index: write the date beside the number, tap to open.
- The Handoff card: three prompts, one for any list, one for the end of the day and one for a week of lists.
- Two formats in every download: 3:4 for reMarkable 2, Paper Pure and Paper Pro, Montblanc Digital Paper and iPad in portrait, and a tall 16:9 version made for the reMarkable Paper Pro Move.

YOU CHOOSE (all included)
- Three themes: Graphite for e-ink, Ink and Brass and Sage and Stone for colour screens.
- Right-handed or left-handed: the tabs sit on the side away from your writing hand.
That is 12 PDFs in three zips (one per theme), with a one-page read-me.

WORKS ON
Tested on reMarkable 2, Paper Pure, Paper Pro and Paper Pro Move, Montblanc Digital Paper, and iPad (GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf). Tap the links with a fingertip; on reMarkable and Montblanc the pen draws rather than navigates.

If you like it, the 2027 Diary uses the same page design and the same handoff, for the whole working year.

Designed by Fairhand, because we wanted a good planner and a way to do something with our notes once they were written. Laid out with AI-assisted tools; every page is checked by a person and tested on a device. Fairhand is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with reMarkable, Montblanc, Apple, GoodNotes or Notability; product names are used only to describe compatibility. For personal use on any number of your own devices; no sharing, resale or redistribution. Instant download: no physical item is posted, and digital files cannot be returned.
