I highly recommend washing your items on cold and hang to dry. You will receive a care card with your purchase. Dizzy Bee Boutique is not responsible for any damage your item receives in your washer or dryer.

Shipping

Please note that my production time does not include shipping time. I strive to create your items as quickly as possible within the limits of my production time. You will see an estimated ship by date in your orders tab after your purchase and it will be updated with a USPS tracking number when it ships. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

As long as I ship your item out on time within my given time-frames, I am not responsible for any delays that might occur within the postal system. Weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may delay USPS delivery times. If your item is delayed or somehow becomes lost in the mail, please let me know, but also contact the USPS. Once your order is in the hands of the USPS it is THEIR responsibility to get it to you.
