I try to include accurate measurements of items in the description. Shoe sizes can vary, so please measure your foot length & check it with item info. Doc Martens & vintage shoes can be hard to fit, so I will take returns for them, with customer paying shipping costs. Happy customers is my top priority! All items are packed with care but occasionally will arrive with a broken piece or other damage. Open your package as soon as it arrives & inspect closely. If there is damage, please convo me immediately as claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. I will help walk you through filing a claim and keep the process as painfree as possible.
