CURBSIDE FREIGHT SHIPPING :
** Be sure to read this ** We want every customer to have a good experience every step of the way because this is where The Crate People has little to no control :)

Signature is required. This item ships assembled and fully crated for protection. Shipping time is only an estimate, 3-8 business days once it leaves our warehouse. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or exact time. The carrier will call you directly to schedule a 4 hour window delivery time frame appointment M-F only.

We suggest having 2-3 extra helping hands available for delivery since the shipping crate will NOT be brought inside your home or garage by the freight carrier, hence the word "Curbside". You will need a screw driver to open one of the crate panels to remove the item(s)

If you have any special or specific delivery requests, we need to know BEFORE you order and not when the item is on truck out for delivery.
Please note any special requests such as having the driver bring inside will result in an additional fee of $200 imposed by the trucking company (not us) even though this is a "free shipping" purchase.
- Please note by purchasing this item, you agree to the terms and conditions set above.

For further shipping details & info please see our "shipping & policies" tab.
