Every Etsy seller I've ordered from has reached out to confirm the specifics before starting their work. I assumed this was standard practice and that I'd be asked a few questions (skin/hair/eye color, glasses, wheelchair, etc.) before the creation of this custom made book begins. I was surprised to receive a Shipped notice 4 days after ordering, w/o any contact from the seller. The book is pretty and the story is cute - but the girl in the book (nor her mom) doesn't look anything like the girl this book was ordered for! As it is, the book looks generic, like I picked it up from a random store because of the name. Not worth $60+ :(
