ABOUT OUR SHOP- HOW ITEMS ARE MADE

Most of the items in our shop are made from wood we, ourselves, sustainably grow, mill and finish ourselves. All of the painted items are done so by myself, by hand, and without the aid of vinyl stickers or stencils. Each item is unique and made just for you! Most of our items can be completely customized to your preferences including; stain color, paint color, how it's hung, and even font style. Please understand, since each item is handmade to order, there will be some variations between samples and products received (as well as between each other). Wood items may vary piece by piece in color shading, wood grain patterns, knot placement, etc, as each piece is made from natural wood.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Cancel within 24 hours of order. Most orders are started ASAP NOTE: if for some reason we are ahead and/or your item ships BEFORE this 24 hour period ends, we apologize, but we will NOT be able to cancel or refund your order. Many of our items are made to order, for you, with very specific personal preferences (stain colors, font styles, paint color, etc). This means we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order from natural wood, there will be some variations between samples & product received (as well as between each other). Wood items may vary piece in color shading, wood grain patterns, knot placement, etc. NOTE: Items returned to us without prior authorization, may result in no refund being given!

WHEN WILL THIS ITEM/MY ITEM SHIP?

You can find the current lead time for an item by looking under the shipping section of the listing or once the item is in your cart, the "ready to ship in" time. Please note, this is an ESTIMATE only and it can vary be up to +/- 1-3 business days depending on how long the stain/paint on the item takes to dry. This does NOT include delivery time to you, which can vary by what shipping option you choose as well as your location. If you have already placed your order, go to your profile, then click on "purchases and reviews", then click your receipt. You should be able to find your estimated shipping date there. Again, please keep in mind these are estimates and actually shipping date may vary slightly.

RUSH ORDERS- FASTER PROCESSING

We accept rush orders to make, and ship, your order sooner than our normal processing time on a case-by-case basis. However, you will need to contact us PRIOR to ordering with the item you would like to order and the date you would need it by. Rush orders require additional fees depending on how quickly your order needs to be made and shipped and what item you're ordering. RUSH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE from the time of purchase. While we may be able to cancel the item itself and refund either fully or partially any rush fee is NON REFUNDABLE. This is because we only allow for a certain number of "rush spots" a week. If you fill a rush slot, this is a spot we cannot give to another customer.

SHIPPING COSTS- My total seems high?

We only ever charge what it costs us to pack and ship an order. We do not make money on shipping. Unfortunately for this reason we do not offer discounted shipping or coupons towards shipping. However, if you're ordering multiple items and the total seems high, please contact us and we can check that for you before purchasing. If you would like a quote for shipping multiple items prior to purchasing let us know what you want to order (any necessary sizes) and the full shipping address and we'll send an estimated shipping cost. Shipping refunds occur once the item is packed and weighed to ensure shipping costs are covered.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, WITH pictures of the damage AND packaging. Photos MUST be received within 72 HOURS of contacting us about the damaged item. We need BOTH photos of the item AND the packaging to replace an item. We CANNOT issue a refund/replacement without proof of the damage. LOST/MISSING PACKAGES: If your order is marked as "delivered" and is not there please check around your home, with neighbors and your local carrier. Unfortunately, if a package is marked as "delivered" there is little we can do. We do expect our customers to provide a safe and secure receiving location for their order and we are not responsible for stolen packages.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED/MISSING ITEMS

This RARELY happens, but mistakes can happen. If we made a mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. -----If you believe you received an incorrect order---- FIRST, check your packing slip to double check options ordered and the item received doesn't match your receipt. If it doesn't, please send us a picture of the item you received and we will be happy to look into the issue and send out the correct item ASAP. IT IS AT OUR DISCRETION whether a replacement vs. refund will be sent. The item may have to be returned before proceeding. If you believe you are missing a piece (esp. if it's small) please check the packing materials in the package. 100% of the time we've received emails that an item is missing, it was overlooked.

ORDERS/ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING

Items returned to us (contact us prior to returning-see "RETURNS" above) that offer "FREE SHIPPING" are subject to a "restocking fee" of up to 50% of the item cost. Items returned to sender/undeliverable/etc that are sent back by the post office (when NOT due to an error on our part- ex; shipped to address customer provides and it's undeliverable) with FREE SHIPPING will require the customer to PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS to re-ship the item (as we already paid for shipping once) or it is also subject to a 50% restocking fee. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE REFUNDED/RETURNED unless a mistake has been made on our end. If an item receives damage in shipping we REQUIRE photos of packing and item before we can replace/refund.

Can I return something if my event is cancelled or moved? Can I receive a discount/free change to the item?

Unfortunately, as everything is made to order for each customer we cannot accept returns/exchanges or free date/item changes. It is at the discretion of the customer to choose what is to be painted on the order. We will do the items as ordered but cannot offer discounts if something later changes for your event. In the event you would like to send an item back to us to change a detail about the order (Ex; date or if it was provided to us spelled incorrectly). Clients are responsible for any shipping costs to send it back to us and to return it to you. We do also charge a fee to remove and redo any personalization that is different from what was provided to us on your order as it does take time and materials to do so.

Our wooden directional signs are perfect for any event! Handmade and hand painted to order, wording can be customized to you! Please note that these do NOT come with stakes as each customer's needs will vary.

DETAILS:
♥Approx. Size; 4x18" each

♥Stakes are NOT included due to each client's needs varying as well as extremely high cost to ship longer packages. Stakes can be purchased at any local garden or hardware store.

♥Signs are hand painted in white, gold, silver or black paint in custom calligraphy.

♥Signs are limited to 18 characters, including spaces, to allow space for wording. Capitals take up more space than lowercase so more wording or more capitals=smaller wording to fit, which may reduce readability at a distance! We cannot paint multiple capitals in a row in calligraphy

♥Signs can be pointed (directional) or blunt (no arrow on either end).

WHEN ORDERING PLEASE;
1. Select the quantity of signs you wish to order
2. Select your wood stain color (see last photo for samples*)
3. Leave wording- up to 18 characters- including spaces- to fit and ensure it's readable. Please DO NOT leave multiple capitals in a row we cannot paint that in calligraphy.
4. Leave wording paint color; white, black, silver or gold
5. If ordering more than one sign please specify direction or if it's blunt (no direction).

*Shading of stain on individual pieces will vary from piece to piece and from the samples as natural wood will absorb differently piece to piece. Some pieces are lighter, some darker. Some pieces will contain natural knots/slits/etc but will not impeded the wording or ability to attach to a post/hang. These things are to be expected when working with natural wood. Wording is hand painted and will vary piece to piece in things such as letter thickness, spacing, height, flourishes etc.

Signs are NOT intended for permanent outdoor use. They are not weatherproof or sealed to prevent wear and tear or natural weather (rain, etc)
