Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders that require proof approval will proceed at our discretion after 48 hours if no response is given by buyer. No cancellations will be accepted for custom orders once production has begun. RETURNS: Return policy EXCLUDES ANY CUSTOM ORDERS including Wedding, Holiday or Halloween costume items. We offer a 5-day return policy for returns or exchanges, after the item has been sent back in its original condition. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, take photos of the packaging and item(s) & email them to littlegemgirl@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Authorized returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. Any returns that are sent back without prior authorization will incur a 40% fee. Earrings are not returnable.

We warranty our jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 14 days. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have any problems with your purchase. Replacements or repairs only, no refunds. Item must be shipped back to L.G.G at buyers expense. This is not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use, etc. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Small parts Jewelry items and accessories may contain small parts - Choking Hazard - Not for young children. Use at your own risk. Some of our items may contain nickel, lead, and other various metals. Not recommended for those with allergies or sensitivity to metal jewelry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We will be happy to include a gift receipt and gift message. Please include this request in the "notes to seller" at check out.

Little Gem Girl is not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes or delivery delays. Any returned package that was not picked up because of a refusal to pay the customs charges/fees will not have the original shipping refunded. We can resend after new shipping charges are paid. There is no tracking service once it leaves the U.S, except for Canada, Australia and parts of Europe. International orders usually take approximately 10 to 20 business day to deliver...but can take up to 6 weeks or longer to deliver, depending on Customs clearance, etc. Many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages - these fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are out of our control.

We ship to the address you specify on your order, so please be sure that your PayPal and Etsy address are correct. If we ship to the address you list on Paypal or Etsy, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the cost to reship to you again. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the tracking shows the order was delivered to the address on the account, but was never received, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local postal office, we will not be held responsible for misplaced packages. We will evaluate on a per case basis. We require a minimum of 14 business days waiting period from the time the item was marked as delivered for further investigation.

Some packages may require a signature confirmation at delivery. If you are not home when the package is delivered, your carrier will leave you a notice. You can then either pick up the package at your local post office, arrange for a re-delivery for a time when you are home, or you can sign the note and leave it for your carrier and they will leave the package for you. Orders that are returned to shipper due to non-pick up will incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date as certain shipment delays within the USPS are out of my control i.e. weather, natural disasters, holiday schedules, etc. Your order will typically ship out within 5 business days, not including holidays. See Shop Announcement for current delivery schedule. Delivery Confirmation in the US is included. We ship First Class or Priority via the USPS. Please allow approx. 3-7 business days for First Class delivery transit time and about 2-5 business days for Priority. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS usually arrive in 10 business days, but can take 4-6 weeks or longer so please plan accordingly. Some international orders will only show tracking while in the U.S.

We recommend storing jewelry (especially silver plated and sterling silver) in an airtight container, such as a zip baggie when not wearing to keep it looking it's best and to prevent any tarnishing that may occur. Tarnishing can occur due to sulfur in the air, etc. If tarnishing does occur, you can buff gently with a jewelry anti-tarnish cloth. While jewelry is water resistant, it is not water proof so please remove before bathing, swimming, water activities, etc. Submerging in water can damage jewelry. Not responsible for allergic reactions or any kind of rash associated with jewelry wear.

Titanium and Surgical Stainless Steel Jewelry

Some of our earrings are made using Titanium and Surgical Stainless Steel posts. These earrings will not tarnish and are stronger than some of the other metals used. While these are a great choice for people with earrings sensitivities, those with more severe allergies and sensitivities may still experience issues which are beyond our control. As each individual is different and experiences varying degrees of allergies or sensitivities, we cannot guarantee against any allergic reactions. For this reason, purchase at your own discretion. *Regarding Titanium Posts: The pad is nickel-free surgical stainless steel. The post is titanium grade 1 which is medical grade. All pieces are medical grade.

Perhaps someone special who is no longer with you? If so, why not put it on this lovely coffee mug to preserve it for years of enjoyment. What about notes, scribbles and doodles that your children have given you over the years that you've saved? What a great way to preserve them so that you can look at it every morning with your cup of coffee or tea!

Our coffee mugs make the perfect gift for Mother's and Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Retirement Parties, Boss’s Day, Graduations…or just for the fun of it!

Our mugs are made in our workshop and feature many of our own exclusive designs (many of which we feature in our handmade jewelry selection). If you see a design you like on one of our jewelry items, most likely we can put it on a mug! Just ask – we love custom orders.

We use a special heat method (we do NOT use decals or stickers) which embeds the imagery onto the mug. This produces a durable and vibrant image that is very resistant to fading, chipping or scratching under normal usage.

Look no further, Little Gem Girl (Andrea and Ryan) are your go to for unique and amazing gifts. They are incredibly responsive. This is the second time I have ordered from them and will not be the last! The low star ranking for the shipping was not their fault, just the USPS sending a box that looked like it was kicked all the way here from WA and very delayed, but again, not the fault of the shop.
