No returns on custom or personalized orders. This includes all ring box orders. Please message me with any problem. I will happily work hard to make it right for you.

Products shipped to the EU

Any non-exempt item may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt, by EU residents only, by first contacting me and explaining your reason for return. No returns based on refusal to pay your import fees. An item that has sat in Customs due to your refusal to pay import fees will result in substantial penalty fees due to loss of re-sale time of your item, said fee to be determined by me, the Shop Owner. Please ask all questions prior to committing to purchase any item that must be shipped overseas, to avoid costly returns. shipping fees are never reimbursed.

All returns of non -exempt items must notify me within 24 hours of receipt, & returned within 3 days. See above for exempt items. Please do not ask me to take back a ring box based upon a the color you chose, or a monogram you chose. I will work closely with you to insure color matching if the proper listing is purchased. Those boxes purchased directly from a listing will not be refunded based upon color matching. All monitors and people display and see color differently. If color matching is very important to you, please purchase swatches or the Custom Color listing for your ring box. This will insure happiness with your color. I DO NOT REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS UPON RETURN OF ANY ITEM IN WHICH FREE SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED AT PURCHASE.

Most rings can be resized by your local jeweler up or down several ring sizes. Please ask if you see a ring you love but is not in your size.

Can I return a ring I purchased?

You can, but not due to size unless the ring is not re-sizable, due to its design ( full eternity ring, etc). There is a 20% restocking fee for any return. This covers the liability of shipping one-off rings through the mails and to get the ring to you safely. You are also responsible for the return cost of the ring and the original shipping cost. The ring must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt and must be returned via Fed Ex 3-Day or faster. This policy also applies to other pieces of jewelry that are not rings, with exception of the sizing policy. The cost of returning a piece of jewelry also includes my shipping cost to you, through Fed Ex. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

If you are searching for a vintage style ring box with a removable lid, this is the box for you. These velvet ring boxes are perfect for ring presentation, proposals, safekeeping, wedding photos, or a walk down the aisle. This box lid sits daintily on the bottom box piece. All boxes come with an outer box for additional protection. Our velvet boxes are made to withstand normal wear and tear. These boxes are not designed to be carried in a purse, dropped in water, or otherwise used as a container for your jewelry outside of your home.

These lovely and lush handmade ring boxes come in three styles: 3 cm (1.18 in), 4 cm (1.57 in) and a two ring box which is the same size as the 4 cm with two ring slots. The small box is ideal for showcasing a single women's ring up to size 7. The medium will hold a larger size women’s or man's ring. Each of these boxes stands a little over 3 cm high when closed.

Designed to look like vintage ring boxes our boxes are made from lush velvet and soft, heavy matching grosgrain ribbon. All boxes are carefully handcrafted.

Our unique seamless top design offers multiple advantages. First, taller rings will fit in the boxes as the seamless top offers additional 'head' room for your ring. Second, the larger surface area on the top of the box allows for larger and more detailed monograms if you choose one. Finally, the seamless top offers a more finished look.

Each box is made especially for you. You will receive a box in this color and not this exact box.

Embroidered Monogram:

If you would like to add an embroidered letter to the top of your box please order this box as well as the embroidered letter add-on listing here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/288198065/monogram-your-ring-box-with-one-letter . If you are purchasing a box with an embroidered letter on the top you should have two items in your cart, the box and the embroidery listing.

You may also add more than one letter to your box lid. Things such as you and your spouse’s initials, a three letter monogram or even your last name may be able to be added to your box top. Please contact us for pricing, design and feasibility.

Both mine and my future husbands medium thickness bands fit in this hand and American made box. The shop owner was speedy with replies to my questions and the price point for this ring box is better compared to other velvet ring boxes, which are in general pricey. Keep in mind it is all hand made. It is good enough but you can clearly see stitching seams. The box itself is light and delicate. For me this is fine because I only want it for presentation and holding the rings on the day of my wedding. What bothered me the most was the tag that was sewn onto the bottom part of the box, on the outside, which the owner has changed following this review, but it was not shown in the pictures. it was easy to remove though.
