Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece. For reference, photos include a six-inch ruler or show the item being held in hand (please keep in mind that I am 5'4" tall).

To clean your glass piece, use 91% isopropyl rubbing alcohol or any standard glass cleaner. Apply with a clean cloth or paper towel, gently rub, and then dry with a fresh cloth. Avoid using tap water, as its mineral content can lead to white mold formation on the glass. Once this occurs, it cannot be removed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All suncatchers are carefully packaged in a clear poly bag with a cardstock topper, along with care instructions printed on the back. A complimentary suction cup is included in a separate bag. Larger items, such as wind chimes, panels, lamps, night lights, and candle holders, are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and include a care instruction card. Ornaments are elegantly packaged in a gift box or burlap bag.

Wholesale availability

Unfortunately, I do not offer wholesale, as each piece is individually handmade by me. Due to rising material costs, I am unable to reduce prices while maintaining the quality of my work and fair compensation for my time.

Do you make Pet Memorials?

Custom memorial orders are now available exclusively through my website, www.robinsglassworld.com. This allows me to offer you the best pricing possible. Pricing starts at $200 and varies based on style and design. I work closely with you to create a meaningful and beautiful tribute to your beloved pet.

Do you have all items in stock?

No, I do not keep stock in all colors and styles due to space limitations. Each piece is made to order, meaning I begin crafting your item from scratch once your order is placed. Please allow at least one week for production and shipping, though most orders are completed sooner. Orders will never ship later than two weeks unless you are notified of a delay. During the holiday season, processing times may be longer, so please plan accordingly. If you need an item quickly, contact me before purchasing to discuss availability. Please note that I do not offer expedited shipping, as every piece is handcrafted upon order.

Can I just purchase the Patterns?

Yes and no—I am currently in the process of making them available in PDF format. Please be patient, as more are listed on Etsy each week. If you have a specific design in mind, feel free to reach out, and I’ll prioritize it for you. However, my newest designs are not for sale immediately; I wait at least a year (from the day they were created) before making them available to the public. Dog Ornaments will not be for sale, they will remain a Robin’s Glass World exclusive!

Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not accepted due to the fragile nature of glass. In the past, returned items have arrived damaged beyond repair due to improper packaging, making them unsellable. As a result, I have implemented a no-return or exchange policy. If you have any questions about colors or design details, please contact me before placing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, I will provide a replacement. You must notify me within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage before a replacement can be sent.

Do you give donations?

No. I receive over 100 donation requests each month and can not financially do this. I have no employees and therefore work entirely alone to fill my orders and create new items. This is my full time job and if I were to give a donation to one person, I feel I have to give one to everyone. I just can't financially do this. I have started doing "fundraisers" with my shop. If you would like more information on this please send me an Etsy conversation.

Why wont you allow me to cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within the first hour of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible, as I begin preparing all orders for the next day's production schedule immediately. Once the initial hour has passed, the creation and processing of your order are already underway.
