How do I print my Printable items:

All of the artwork designed by White Willow Paper can easily be printed at home using your own home colour printer or at your local print shop. Most of the designs don’t have a lot of ink coverage so you can easily print at home which is a great cost effective way, with a beautiful professional outcome. Alternatively you can easily print these at your local print store. Please make sure that your home printer is set to 100% scale (and not shrink to fit) - just make sure that it is set to ‘actual size’. If you do decide to get someone to print your designs, I happily suggest using Officeworks (Australia), Vista Print (Aust & USA) or Staples (USA). PDF files are a universal print format, so they will work on any printer.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I can certainly create a custom order for you. Feel free to email through your ideas and I can see what I can do for you.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

White Willow Paper’s turnaround time is 2 business days. I do try to get all orders done as fast as possible, but in case of busy times please allow 2 business days. Also keep in mind I am based in Australia, so please take into consideration the timezone differences.

What format do I receive the Digital files?

You will receive a High Resolution (300dpi) PDF file. (You cannot alter this file). Bleed and trim marks will be included where possible. PDF’s are a universal print file, if you require a different format, (i.e. Jpeg) - Please email me at the time of purchase and I can make sure you receive the file you need.

Can I make any changes to my artwork?

I do offer 2 rounds of free text changes. Any alterations after this time does incur a $10 fee. You cannot alter the final file yourself.

Downloading a Digital Item

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid via PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. If there is a customisation within your digital artwork (i.e.: where I add your details) I do require 2 business days to complete your artwork. We will also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal. Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

Having trouble accessing your digital files?

You can access your digital file(s) via your Etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact me and I can help you out.

Will the colours be the same when printed?

No, the colours will change slightly. Each screen is different, so what you see on one screen could be different to the next. All files are set up as CMYK colour mode which is required for optimal print quality. My advice is to do a test print to check the colour variation first.

3. After your order has been placed, I will send you a PDF proof within 2 working days. I offer 2 free rounds of changes to make sure the design is exactly how you would like it. Any additional proofs after that will incur a $10 fee.

Once the design is finalised I will send you a High-Res ready-to-print PDF.
