Shipping is conducted via postal service; however, we are not liable for customs taxes or delays. Delivery times vary: North America (15-30 days), Europe (30-60 days), and other parts of the world (up to 90 days).

Shipping Policies with Correos de México and your National Parcel Service

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after receiving full payment.
Shipments are made exclusively through Correos de México and your National Parcel Service. We do not work with other courier services by default.

A tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to use this number to track their package through the Correos de México portal.

Product Availability

If any products in your order are unavailable, we will contact you to offer options, such as an alternative product or a refund for the unavailable item.

If we do not receive a response within 7 days of our initial contact, we will proceed to refund the unavailable product and ship the rest of the order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the recipient's location and the type of shipping service selected. These times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Correos de México and your National Parcel Service may experience delays during high-demand periods or due to situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters or adverse weather conditions.

Package Responsibility

Once the package has been delivered to Correos de México and your National Parcel Service, the responsibility for delivery falls entirely on them.

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or delay of the package once it has been delivered to Correos de México and your National Parcel Service.

If a package is lost or does not reach its destination, an investigation must be initiated directly with Correos de México and your National Parcel Service. The shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for tracking their package to ensure it reaches its destination.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address, unclaimed, or for any other reason attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded if the package is returned.

Customs Charges

We are not responsible for customs charges or any other additional fees that may arise when the package enters another country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The declared value on the package is the value declared to the courier. We do not modify or falsify the customs declaration form. Any request to alter the declared value will be denied.

Handmade Products

All our products are handcrafted by artisans. Therefore, it is natural that there may be slight differences in color and shape between each piece. These variations are part of the authenticity and value of handmade products.

Alternative Shipping Options

If you wish to use a different shipping service, such as DHL or FEDEX, please contact us before placing your order. We can provide a quote for shipping through these alternative services and adjust the cost accordingly.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not accepted, and no shipping cost refunds will be made.

Refunds are not accepted for packages that are lost, stolen, or returned once delivered to Correos de México and their National Parcel Service.
