Can I add a personalized gift card to my order?

Yes, I welcome personalized and unique card phrases that I will print on the gift box card for you to give as a gift. Just send me a message in the NOTE TO SELLER box at checkout. After submitting your order with your personalized phrase please check your messages as I may need to contact you if I have any questions about spelling, grammar, or organization of your phrase. I DO NOT make gift cards that contain any obscene language or disrespectful phrases. Thank you.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes. I can make, change, or customize certain items in my shop within certain limits. Please message me your request and I will message you back if your request is possible.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are shipped in an elegant white gift box and secured with a colorful elastic ribbon with silver bead charm, which doubles as a hair band. I offer several gift card phrases on each of my listings but you can request a free personalized phrase. I do not gift wrap add on word charms but will mail them in a protective and secure box.

What are my mailing options?

I will mail all domestic U.S. orders FREE first class USPS. I do offer Priority mail and Priority Mail Express upgrades at checkout which buyers are responsible for the costs. I also ship to International customers. FREE U.S. Domestic First Class Shipping shall only apply one (1) time per order. I do not offer FREE shipping on items sent back to my shop. The seller does not pay for first class shipping insurance. Please see the shop policies for estimated shipping times. It is the customer's responsibilty to ensure (verify) that the shipping address is correct.

I use only 925 Sterling silver quality components for each necklace, from chain to charms, from jump rings to wire wrapped pearls. I use only genuine Swarovski crystal hearts and pearls. Each necklace comes with a sterling silver care instruction card .

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. All delivery dates are estimated dates and are not guaranteed delivery date. During the Christmas season please order early for prompt arrival. Please give the CORRECT mailing address to ensure proper and prompt delivery. All US orders $35 and over are shipped free USPS first class. This includes tracking but does NOT include insurance. The seller is not responsible for items lost, non-delivered, or delayed by USPS or international carriers. Priority Mail and Priority Express are available at checkout and include tracking and insurance. International orders may be delayed due to customs and courier transfers. Please do not ask the seller to open a USPS inquiry, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to know what chain length is appropriate. If you have ANY questions regarding sizing PLEASE contact me prior to placing your order. The most popular chain length is 18 inches. Many of my listings have an image of a life size mannequin or live model wearing an 18 inch chain. I do offer 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22 chains. Please message me if you have any questions regarding sizing. Please note that the 14 inch chain is considered a choker length on adults and normal size on most young children.

Extra Customs Fees and or Taxes

For all orders outside the United States (Especially the United Kingdom Orders)certain customs and/or local postal fees, collections or taxes MAY apply depending on the destination. Sentimental Support is not responsible for payment of such fees, collection or taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to make such payments upon delievery if required. If an order destined outside the United States is returned to me due to non delivery or non payment of fees, taxes, or collection, then I will not attempt redelivery and will refund your purchase minus postal charges. How do I return an item?

All returns and exchanges MUST be shipped and post marked within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions. Contact me within 3 days of delivery if you would like to return or exchange an item. This includes orders given as gifts. All returns and exchanges MUST be returned in undamaged and in original condition, including gift box. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, any difference product costs, and any added listing fees for exchanges. Please return all components received. Please ship in a manner to protect the item(s) from shipping damage (box, bubble wrap envelope, etc). All items must be received in undamaged and original condition. I do not pay for the return shipping cost.

What are the options if I ordered the wrong size chain?

If you order the wrong length chain, then you may exchange it for another length chain within 7 days after the delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send back the original chain and to have the new chain mailed. Any difference in gold chain pricing due to an exchange will be refunded or charged to the customer. There is the option to purchase a new chain instead of exchanging the chain. Prior to check out PLEASE know which chain length is appropriate for wear, especially if you are purchasing a 14 inch chain. If you have questions concerning chain lengths please contact me prior to checkout. Thank you
