Why don't your kits have instructions?

We sell kits and instructions separately in order to best meet the needs of most of our customers. Our instructions tend to be multi-page, full-color instructions and are best viewed digitally, where you can zoom in on the photos. Some customers only need the tutorial, as they purchase jump rings in bulk elsewhere. Additionally, some customers already know how to make a certain weave and only need materials. This way, each chainmailler can mix-n-match to purchase exactly what is needed.

INTERMEDIATE level chainmaille project - Hodo Bracelet Kit

The Hodo weave is an intricate pattern of alternating small and large rings. Hodo is Japanese for sidewalk or path, hence the name of this pattern (not to be confused with the Hoodoo weave!)

Kits include: approx 250 aluminum jump rings; 1 toggle clasp.

Kits DO NOT include instructions. The instructions are sold separately because some people prefer to purchase multiple kits (while others don't want the materials and just want instructions).

**Recommended Prerequisite - The Hodo pattern is fairly straightforward. What makes this an Intermediate weave is the sheer number of "tiny" rings that need to be closed to complete the pattern. Additionally there are a few tight squeezes to close some of the doubled rings.
