RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or returned. If your item is custom in any way, you can request a photo, which I will send you before preparing for shipping. If you have any issues with the art, you have 24 hours to let me know before I ship the item. Returns/Replacements are accepted only for items with obvious physical defects. Proof of defects will be required with photos e-mailed to me within 48 hours of receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I gladly accept custom orders. If you do not see something in my current inventory that is your style, just send me a private message with your idea and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

To stay fair to all my customers I DO NOT accept rush orders. I complete everything in the order they were received on my end. The current processing time for a particular item can be found on the individual listing or in my shop announcement. I always aim to get things out sooner then the estimated ship by date if possible on my end :)

DOES IS REALLY TAKE YOU SIX WEEKS TO PAINT NURSERY LETTERS?

While each set only takes me about a day or two to complete. It typically takes me about six weeks to get through all the existing orders in my queue, so I can start your set. To stay fair to clients I paint sets in the order they were received. I always aim to get things out as soon as possible on my end. But being a one woman shop, I can only paint so much in a day. If you have any questions about a deadline please message me before placing an order.

If your child's name is lengthy and they number of letters needed is out of budget you can always order initials or a monogram to make the set more affordable.

The price of the listing is for INDIVIDUAL LETTERS. (ie. If ordering for the name EMILY you would add a quantity of 5 letters to the cart). Please include the desired name & font choice in the personalization box. If no font is specified Arial will be used.

Natural Birch Wooden letters, which are stained on all sides with a walnut colored stain, then a Jungle animals and vines are hand painted.

I will be offering multiple heights and font choices to compliment your nursery. These wood letters are 1/2” thick baltic birch and do best when hung as wall decor. They will arrive ready to hang, with hardware attached. Each letter is finished with a Semi-gloss spray to prevent fading and protect each piece.
