Leave return label personalization details and address in the “Personalization” box on this page. (If using older version of Etsy app, please place this info in the "Notes" box at checkout.) The format will mirror what is in the sample photo, including capitalization, etc. If stock photo appears with a lower case letter, then your labels will as well. Any case changes must be specifically requested...ie: "please capitalize the name, address”, etc.
