Who makes your products?

We (Rachel and Jamie) knit everything ourselves in our small studio in Cornwall. Everything is designed, made and packed in house. No outsourcing just traditional craftsmanship with care.

What type of wool do you use?

We use 100% wool - either soft Merino or British Shetland. Merino is known for being luxuriously soft and gentle on the skin, while Shetland wool is a beautiful undyed British wool with a slightly more rustic finish. Both are a joy to work with and wear and great for sensitive skin.

Is your knitwear plastic-free?

Yes! We are proudly plastic free. All of our wool is natural, 100% wool. No acrylics, no synthetic blends. We also pack everything using plastic free packaging material

How should I wash your knitwear?

Wool has amazing properties which are antibacterial so you shouldn't need to wash them often. However, if you would like to, we recommend hand washing or gentle washing in cool water with a gentle wool detergent. Do not tumble dry or wring. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape and softness.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes. We're happy to create custom sizes, colour combinations and designs. Please drop us a message with what you had in mind and we will do our best to help.

Which adult hat size should I pick?

Our adult hats are available in Standard Fit or Slouchy Fit. It is down to personal preference to which fit you prefer. Standard is a classic fit beanie whilst slouchy has a longer, looser fit for those who prefer more coverage, have a larger head or have very thick hair. Sizing information is included in each listing but feel free to message us if you're unsure.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Cornwall, UK. All items are made and packaged in our studio in the Cornish countryside by us. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels or courier services.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Absolutely! All orders come gift wrapped whether you are ordering for a gift or buying for yourself. We want you to have that same experience. There is the option for gift wrapping upgrade at the checkout for more luxury gift wrap and option to mark as a gift which means the price/receipt doesn't go into the package and you have the option to add a gift note.

Tiny baby – From birth, this is suitable for smaller and premature newborn babies.
0-3 months – From birth to 3 months old
3-6 months – From approximately 3 months old to 6 months and beyond
6 months – 12 months - This hat will adapt to your baby’s head size and shape as they grow.
Toddler – From 1 year+
Child – This hat will adjust and adapt as your child grows. The hat will fit toddlers with a larger head right the way up to adulthood.
Adult - This hat is suitable for all adults (yes, even those of you who have a larger or smaller head!)

Custom - If you require a longer, shorter, looser-fitting or a more slouchy fit please contact us and we can chat about your requirements and set up a custom order. We are also happy to do custom colour combinations.

Wool will adjust and adapt to your head size and shape making the hat the perfect fit for you.
