Can you send me a proof before I purchase?

Designing your items perfectly takes a lot of time and effort. For this reason, we do not create initial proofs without purchase. After purchase, we are happy to work with you to make any changes and adjustments you’d like.

Do you accept custom order requests?

Please send us your idea and we'll be happy to take a look at it to see if it's something we are able to help create. We will not copy designs from other shops.

Can you design an item for me and show me different fonts?

What's your turn around time?

Our current production time is 3 business days with a 2-6 business day shipping time. We ship from California via UPS and USPS, so the further out you are from California, the longer it will take for you to receive your order.

What happens if my item is marked as "Delivered", but I don't receive it?

Orders that have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier but claimed to be undelivered by the customer will not be refunded or replaced. Please check with your neighbors and/or other members of your household to make sure that no one else picked up your item. We also suggest contacting your local USPS or UPS annex to check to see if your item has been left there. If all of these measures have been taken and you are unable to locate your package, please message us and we will try our best to come up with a fair solution together.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We try to package your item to ensure that it gets delivered in-tact. Unfortunately, once it’s out of our hands, we have no control over the handling of your item. If your item arrives damaged, please message us immediately (within 1-3 days of your item being marked “Delivered”) with a picture of the damaged product. Please also keep the damaged item AND the original packaging it came in so that we can file a claim with USPS or UPS. When filing claims, they often ask for the item and the packaging for further inspection.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept any returns on custom/personalized items. We accept returns for non-personalized items and the items must be in brand new/reselll condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How do you hang these signs?

We recommend these 2 methods for hanging our signs: FABRIC/SPANDEX BACKDROP- We recommend using clear fishing wire and tying the sign to clamps on top of the arch backdrop. This method works well if you are able to hide the clamps with balloon garlands or flowers. WALL- We highly recommend using command strips, which are easy to use and come off the wall cleanly if needed and doesn't leave any damage to the walls. BACKDROP/GREEN WALL- We recommend using clear fishing line, and then either tie the line from the signs to the top of the frame of the backdrop or string the line through the openings in the word and tie to the branches/leaves. ═════════════════════════════════

Very well made, and pretty. the box seemed a bit lightweight for shipping delicate wood but it arrived in perfect condition. It's a bit larger and would be best suited for an 8"+ size cake I think, I used it for a 6" cake in pic and it looked good.
