Great quality, It doesn't feel like cheap fabric that is like a backpack texture. This is extremely good quality and durability, my only complaint is that the 2 center molle straps aren't in the right position on the molle webbing so you pretty much just have to use the 2 molle straps on the sides or else it won't be proportionate.
