Which shipping methods do you offer?

EUROPE ☞ Your order will be shipped via La Poste using international registered mail. REST OF THE WORLD ☞ Your order will be shipped via Colissimo. Both services include a tracking number, and a signature is required upon delivery. Please note 📦✨ USA customers! We are shipping to the United States by Colissimo a Delivered Duty Paid service so we take care of all the paperwork and taxes for you. You will simply receive your package and sign upon delivery — no extra fees, no surprises. - Prices for USA customers now include applicable taxes. - Shipping costs include the carrier’s handling and processing fees.

When will my order be delivered?

Please check at any time the estimated shipment and delivery dates in the 'Purchases and Reviews' section of your order. If your order has been shipped, find tracking information and order details in the shipping notification sent to your email address. International orders are handled by La Poste until they leave France and are trackable at laposte.fr. Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. Contact us if your order has not arrived by the specified delivery deadline. Please be aware that tracking is active for 60 days, so we won't be able to assist you if you contact us after this period.

How to clean my Jewelry?

GOLD PLATED & SHINY SILVER: We recommend immersing your jewelry in a mixture of warm water and a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent. Allow the jewelry to soak in the soapy water, air dry, and then use a soft microfiber cloth for the finishing touch. BRUSHED SILVER: Avoid the usual method of cleaning with a polishing cloth, as it may wear away the texture over time. To remove tarnish, gently scrub with a toothbrush dipped in a mixture of baking soda and water. Rinse thoroughly and blot dry with a soft towel or cloth. OXIDIZED SILVER: To preserve the black color, we advise against cleaning your jewelry with abrasives as much as possible.

Remember to protect all jewelry from scratches, sharp blows, chemicals, extreme temperatures, humidity, and sunlight as much as possible. Frequent cleaning is recommended to maintain its true beauty. Exposure to saltwater, chlorine in swimming pools, soap, perfumes, personal products, and perspiration can contribute to tarnishing and may cause gold plating to wear off. The silver's dark look comes from a special oxidation process preserved by wax. With time, it naturally develops a beautiful patina of light and shadows. If you want to restore the dark appearance, contact us for an easy trick to oxidize it at home.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Absolutely! We are delighted to facilitate returns and exchanges ( except for items delivered to the United States of America ) Kindly reach out to us via Etsy within 14 days of delivery for guidance on the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Please be aware that custom or personalized orders are non-returnable. You are responsible for the shipping return costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. What shipping methods do you use for deliveries within FRANCE?

Standard shipping is carried out via COLISSIMO. This service includes a tracking number. Delivery is made to the mailbox, without signature. An option COLISSIMO WITH SIGNATURE is available at checkout. Please note that a signature will then be required upon delivery.
