I'm in the US / Canada / S. America / Australia / New Zealand and I haven't received my package yet. Can you track my parcel?

Please do allow up to 3 weeks for your parcel to arrive if you are outside the UK. Unfortunately, if you choose Standard Shipping at the checkout I cannot track your parcel. I also cannot control how long it takes to reach you. Parcels to the US in particular often take between 1 and 3 weeks. For extra peace of mind; the ability to track your parcel; and a more speedy delivery, please choose one of my Tracked Shipping options instead. Please also read my Delivery Policies above.

Can I reserve items and do you offer layaway / instalment plans?

Yes, I am happy to reserve items for you for up to 60 days, after which time I will open the items up for sale to everyone again, unless we have agreed upon an instalment plan and/or a later date of payment. I am happy to consider instalment plans. Please ask about this. Item/s will not be sent until the final instalment has been received.

I'm in the USA / Mexico - why is my Standard Postage so expensive on orders under $35 USD?

If you spend over $35 USD, free shipping will automatically be applied and this will be Tracked. Due to many customers from USA / Mexico wanting a tracking number, I've had to raise the price of standard postage on many items because Tracked postage costs more money. I previously offered Tracked shipping as an upgrade option, but nobody was choosing it, while still expecting that a tracking number would be provided, so Tracked postage will now be the only option. I don't want to penalise UK and European customers by adding this cost to the item, so that's why USA / Mexico standard shipping is now more expensive on many items in orders under $35 USD.
