This rice bag measures 4.5 x 21 inches and is made from 100% cotton fabric with an exclusive design, created by me. Use hot or cold. Keep in the freezer as a cold pack or heat in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Keeps you warm during the winter, cool during the summer and soothes aches and pains. Great as a gift or for personal use!

The times vary for the different sizes of rice bags. The suggested time for hand warmer and headache & eye rice bags is 30 seconds - 1 minute. For neck & shoulder, 6.5 x 10, 9 x 9, and 6 x 12 rice bags the suggested time is 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes.
