Do I need a Canva account to edit the templates?

Yes. The good news? Most of our templates are editable in the free version of Canva. Please read listings carefully before purchasing as some templates only work with Canva Pro.

How do I recieve my template?

You will be sent an email from Etsy shortly after your purchase that will contain a download link to your files. You can also access your files within your Etsy account by navigating to: You -> Purchases and Reviews --> your files will be available here.

I didn't read the listing! Do you offer refunds?

Do you create custom templates?

We are not taking custom template orders at this time.

Will you edit the template for me?

As much as I'd love to help I'm currently devoting my time to creating new items for the Sweet Little Muse shop. I'm not currently offering an editing service.

Can I edit the templates on a phone or tablet?

Yes, you can edit templates via the phone app, but we advise working on a desktop version for easier editing.
