What if I need rush processing?

Please contact me to make sure that your timeline will work. Order will be sent 2-day Priority Mail instead of First Class.

I already own your pregnancy journal. Can I remove pages from one of your baby books so I don't have duplicates? (i.e. shower, pregnancy, etc)

Yes and no. We do offer the option to have a "shower sub page" put in place of the shower page, because many mamas don't have showers their second+ time around. To get those subbed pages, just request it in your order notes - a convo via Etsy is not sufficient. We can not, however, remove any additional pages as books are printed in advance in a specific order. That being said, we did take special care to ensure that the pages that exist in both the journal and baby books are not exact duplicates. You'll find different layouts and prompts on each. The baby book is also much more of an overview of the pregnancy journey (only a few pages) since most of that is covered in the pregnancy journal, and focuses much more on after baby's arrival.

Where can I print 3x3" & 4x4" photo prints for N&B memory books?

Can I add pages to my N&B Memory Book later?

Technically the books are permanently bound, which can make it difficult to add pages to them after-the-fact. But we came up with a great solution for adding pages later called our Adaptive Binding. This basically means that we send them with a small notch next to the binding holes, allowing you to punch them in around the binding. Thanks to the thickness of the paper we use, they stay put without issue in your book and can be inserted anywhere you please! If you would like to order additional pages later to add to your book, just request the adaptive binding in your order notes!

I made a mistake in my order, can I order a reprint?

Yes, we do have an option for ordering page reprints for most products! Please see this listing; be sure and reference which product/page you need the replacement for: www.etsy.com/listing/1278421119/page-reprint-request-for-nb-memory-books When you order from this listing, you'll see that we also give the option of ordering with the holes intact or with our adaptive binding. It's a good idea to message us first just to be sure we have the reprint you need in stock.

What is your return policy? What if I have an issue with my order?

See each listing for our return policy. Most items cannot be returned due to customization. For those that can, we do collect a $5 restocking fee. Any order issues must be addressed within 30 days of arrival. We are not responsible for losses/damage due to mail carriers (but we can help file a claim) or for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by customer. If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship. International Orders: Please note it can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for your package to arrive. It is not uncommon for tracking info to go several days or weeks without being updated. We do not have any further information as to the location of your package than what is offered here on Etsy.

Do you offer sales/coupons?

We very, very rarely offer sales or coupons. This is because we already price our inventory as low as possible to both make a profit and get you a reasonable price. We also sell mostly custom items, which means we don't hold or order bulk inventory that we need to offload in sales later. This is important to us in our goal of not producing excess waste!
