Beautiful antique children's story book, Children's Hour, published in 1889 by D. Lothrop Company. Hardback book has beautiful color Victorian images on front and back. Front features four girls dancing in a circle, and the back features a girl holding a kitten. I think the covers would be wonderful framed for a baby's nursery. Also a great baby shower gift. The book has multiple black and white illustrations and stories and has 94 pages. Some of the back pages may be missing (see photos for condition). Most pages are intact in spine. Pages are aged, rough on edges. Size is 7.5 by 9.5 by .5 inches.
