We accept custom and personalized orders on our existing products. Precious stones, engravings and chain lengths can be prepared according to your wishes. Just include a note to the seller during checkout. If there are any other changes you might like, we will try our best! Please contact us and we 'll be happy to help!

Every piece of jewelry is special. It is a part of your life. It is either a reminder of a precious memory, a gift from a loved one, or even that little extra something you give yourself once in a while just because you deserve it! You should handle your jewelry with care. Don't use any chemicals to clean them. A simple polishing cloth should do the trick! Avoid skin creams, hairspray, and even perfume to come into contact with your jewelry. We advise you against wearing any piece of jewelry while bathing, sleeping, or during heavy physical activity. Store your jewelry in a nice jewelry box. The better care you take of your special ones, the more you will enjoy them!

We know that when you purchase a lovely piece of jewelry, you are more than eager to receive it and wear it. Waiting for it to arrive can be most frustrating. Since we have no control over the post office, we are doing everything we can to minimize the production time of each item, so we can have it shipped sooner. Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons, or due to bad weather conditions or other unpredictable factors, shipping times may vary. We always provide a tracking number for every item, but unfortunately we can not guarantee the estimated shipping times once your order has left Greece. If you have any trouble tracking your order down, please contact us so we may help you get more information.

We are only responsible for items we have made. Should an item arrive damaged we will repair it without any extra charges. If there are any other problems we will be willing to solve them. Please refrain from trying to repair a piece on your own. We will not be responsible for damages caused by others. Items that have been altered in any way by third parties, can not be returned and will not be refunded. We are always available to discuss any questions you might have.

Customs fees, duties or other taxes may be applied in some countries. Customers are responsible for any extra charges. Please check with your country's regulations before purchasing.

All our items are solid gold. Not gold plated, not gold filled. The chains and the clasps are solid gold as well. Each piece is hallmarked according to the karats of your choice.

The dimensions of each piece are indicated in the product description. Please be aware that pictures may be zoomed in depending on the device you are using.
