I ordered an instant download item and I have not received the file.

A few minutes after your purchase you will receive an email with your receipt, click the orange button that says: “VIEW YOUR FILES ON ETSY” in order to download them. Please check your spam / junk folder in case the e-mail goes into there.

How do I open the (.zip) file I have received from ZeeWillDraw?

On a Mac, you can simply double click the .zip file to expand it. On other systems, you right-click the file and select "unzip contents". That will create a new folder next to the original .zip file bearing the same name. Your files are in that folder!

Can I see a digital proof before ordering?

I only create digital proofs after the order is placed. You will get a chance for revisions.

Do you offer promo codes?

Yes, I do! I have occasional holiday sales and promos. I also have 2 options for saving some cash: PIN CUCKOO PROMO! 20-30% OFF Pin one of my products to Pinterest.com, send me the link and I'll give you a code for 20% OFF If you pin my product to a board with 500+ followers, I'll give you a code for 30% OFF!

The wording on my EDITABLE file looks shoved up and cut off at the top of the word. Could you please help?

You should be using the latest Adobe Reader® (or Acrobat®) and not Preview, which is the default PDF viewer on the Mac. It causes all sorts of corruption with PDF files. You can download Adobe Reader® for FREE here: get.adobe.com/reader/

I’m interested in getting a commercial license to use you Stencils. Is that something you offer for an extra charge?

Yes, I do, please go to this link for more info regarding the Stencil license: www.etsy.com/uk/listing/561828189
