Some items ship sooner than others, please allow 7 to 14 BUSINESS days for your custom item(s) to be designed, proofed, crafted, and shipped- typically 1-2 weeks from the time your order is placed except full color cups (read listing details). As a reminder we are closed weekends and Monday. Expect longer processing times during high volume ordering seasons, Wedding, Graduation, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. We ship FEDEX ground or UPS ground. You will be provided with tracking information along with your shipment notification. As an example, shipments with FEDEX typically reach their US destination within 2-5 business days of shipment after the production time needed mentioned above ^

If requested, you will receive in Etsy Convos a black and white PDF proof to approve before your order is sent into production.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday in the order received, typically one to three business days depending on the number of orders being processed.You will be given three options, I love it, I hate or please make changes and proceed with printing.
It is imperative that you check your ETSY account settings to receive notifications, any delays on proofing will change your ship by date.

It is important to understand actual colors vs. online images, colors often vary from one monitor to another! Currently, there are no color standards for the phosphors used in manufacturing monitors for the graphics arts industry. Colors on monitors change over time and do not always accurately portray the actual color of online sample images that are intended for demonstration purposes to give you a visual.

ACTUAL ITEM COLORS WILL NOT BE THE SAME AS COLORS VIEWED BY SMART DEVICE or COMPUTER MONITORS.
(we use the industry standard for all item colors available)
Names of colors are simply the name of a color that the manufacture has given each item and not intended for an exact match or hue of a particular color. i.e. RGB vs CMYK

Customer supplied art terms: Copyrights & Trademarks: All copy & artwork submitted by the customer will be accepted by Party Paper Presents as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, patent, copyright, right of privacy, or similar protection. Please make sure you have the rights to use the art work you are supplying us for print. Party Paper Presents will be held harmless from all claims and cost arising from issues if you do not have the rights and sent in art that we have little control over knowing the rights you have been authorized to use for print. We trust you will use good judgement with Any SUPPLIED ART you intend to use *note overruns may be used in the future for display online.

We offer RUSH service for a fee and expedited shipping methods. (contact us for rates) RUSH service is only available certain times of the year, and may not be during high volume ordering seasons; i.e. holidays, wedding season, graduation.

Our commercial printer reserves the right to refuse RUSHED orders certain times of the year HIGH VOLUME ORDERING SEASONS and or on low stocked inventory. We have limited control over shipments once they leave the warehouse, shipment schedules are not guaranteed- anything beyond our control would have to be brought up with Fedex or UPS.

Always allow enough time when ordering for important events! If you are unsure when an item might ship please read your Etsy receipt for an estimated ship date.

We haven't always offered both, simply put the equipment used is the main difference. Foil stamping will give you a slight impression using a simulated hot stamping method or Letterpress foil is used with traditional letterpress equipment leaving a deeper impression. Both beautiful however letterpress is more expensive and each method is available in our shop depending on your budget and the look you want to obtain in the final print quality or process used. Please reach out to me if you would like to know more about our printing methods.

Simply put, as an example, you love a design in my shop on a napkin featured but you would like it on a party cup as well, you can do that! Just let me know in the notes to seller box at checkout the design you would like for me to custom design for you.

The minimum order is listed on each product offered within the shop where it reads quantity + pricing from the drop-down menu.

There is a minimum order requirement on all custom orders- must be the same design, same colors in a single print run unless otherwise stated on a particular listing.
