You’ll love this unique blue lace plate due to its unique texture and bubble design. It is made of stoneware pottery and has numerous uses as a spoon rest or a decorative plate. It is handbuilt and made from a slab of clay and pressed with a lace doily and dried in a slightly curved mold. It was bisque fired and then dipped in white glaze, and then decorated with a blue “bubble” design. The blue appears on the majority of the plate so it is a nice stark contract with the white.
