Our Process – How to Order

Step 1: Place Your Order
Make your selections using the drop-down menus above.


Carefully read the full listing description and Terms & Conditions before purchasing. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


Please ensure your email address on Etsy is correct and that Etsy notifications are turned on.
(All proofs and communication will be handled via Etsy Messages. We are not responsible for delays caused by missed messages. Rush processing cannot be offered due to delayed customer responses.)


Step 2: Personalization Details
In the Personalization Box, provide all wording, print color selections, and additional details.


If you run out of room, you may include the remaining information in the "Note to Seller" box during checkout.


When providing wording, please double-check for typos and ensure everything is exactly as you would like it printed. Here’s a helpful guide to submit your information:

Text Color: (Please reference the color chart)
Special Wording Requests: (e.g., changing from save the date to invitation)
RSVP Details: (Who to RSVP to, how, and by when – written exactly as you'd like it to appear)

Important:
Leave the quantity at “1” unless instructed otherwise.


If quantity is changed at checkout, your order may be multiplied and will be canceled immediately.


Step 3: Proof Delivery
After we receive your completed order, you will receive your digital proof within 1–3 business days.
(Please note: Any vacation schedules or current production delays are posted on our shop home page. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly.)

Step 4: Approval & Printing
You will be required to formally approve your proof before we proceed to printing.


Once approval is received, we will confirm your approval and provide your expected ship and delivery dates.
After approval is confirmed, no further changes can be made.
Errors found after approval will require a full reprint at the customer's expense.

Use Your Own Logo, Crest, or Custom Artwork

We’re happy to accommodate the use of your own wedding logo, crest, or venue artwork in place of the artwork shown in our designs—at no additional charge.
If you'd like to include your own artwork:
Please mention this in the personalization box at checkout, along with your wording and any other requests.
After placing your order, send your artwork file via Etsy message as an attachment.

Note: We cannot accept JPGs, Word documents, screenshots, or other unsupported formats.


Important Guidelines:
Your artwork will be inserted and printed exactly as provided.
We do not offer editing, cleanup, or enhancements to customer-provided files.
We will resize the artwork to fit the design layout, and in some cases (depending on the file type), we may adjust the color to better coordinate with your design.


📌 Raspberry Creative is not responsible for the print quality of artwork provided by the customer.
If the file is low-resolution, scanned, or not suitable for print, it may appear pixelated or unclear once printed.
If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable for printing, feel free to reach out before ordering—we’re happy to take a look and guide you!

Proofing Policy & Requirements

Proofs Provided:
Your order includes one (1) initial proof plus up to three (3) rounds of changes.


Additional rounds of changes are $15 per round and must be paid in full before additional revisions are made.


Proofs are sent via Etsy Messages only. We do not email proofs outside of Etsy.

Review Carefully:
Please review your entire proof carefully and respond with all questions, corrections, or change requests in a single message whenever possible.
Sending multiple follow-up messages with additional edits may be treated as additional change rounds and could result in additional charges.
During your review, please check carefully for:
Spelling and grammar
Names, dates, times, addresses, and zip codes
Color selections, layout, and spacing


Important Proofing Policy:
Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on your approved proof.
Final proofing is the responsibility of the customer. Raspberry Creative is not responsible for any errors (including spelling, grammar, or design selections) that are approved and subsequently printed.
We do our best to catch obvious mistakes during the proofing process, but we rely on you for final review and approval.
We cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process free reprints due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated.

Proof Approval:
When you are ready to approve your proof, please reply clearly that you:
Have reviewed the proof in its entirety


Understand and accept our Proofing Policy
Approve your order to be printed as shown
Printing will not begin until written approval is received.

Purchasing our invitations (or any other stationery products) does not transfer any rights to the designs, layouts, artwork, or any design elements included. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Raspberry Creative, LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, or otherwise use any portion of our designs—whether from the final printed products or the digital proofs—for any purpose beyond the physical stationery purchased, without prior written consent from Raspberry Creative, LLC.
This includes (but is not limited to) copying elements from proofs, lifting artwork or layouts for use on other products, or reproducing designs for personal or commercial use.
By purchasing from Raspberry Creative, you agree to these terms.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time:
Each order is scheduled based on the Ship Date shown at checkout. We guarantee that your order will ship on or before the Ship Date listed on your order. (This date is visible when viewing the listing through a browser; Etsy does not currently display this on the app.)
Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We can only guarantee that your order will ship by the confirmed Ship Date.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is in addition to our processing time.
Free Standard Shipping:
All orders include free USPS Ground Advantage shipping, which typically takes 2–5 business days. This is not a guaranteed service.


Shipping Upgrades:
You may upgrade your shipping method during checkout:

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 2–4 business days transit
USPS Express Mail: Estimated 1–2 business days transit

Important:
Shipping upgrades affect only the shipping speed. They do not affect the processing or production time. Your Ship Date will remain the same unless a Rush Order is arranged.

Rush Orders:
If you need your order processed faster and your Ship Date moved up, a Rush Order is required.
Rush Orders must be approved prior to purchase to ensure we can accommodate the timeline.

Rush Fees are 25% of the order total or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater.

Rush Orders include an automatic upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Rush Orders are not eligible for discounts, promotions, or sales. Any unauthorized use of coupons on a Rush Order will result in cancellation and require re-purchase at the correct price.


Summary:
We guarantee we will ship on time.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as USPS transit times are outside of our control.
Shipping upgrades and Rush Orders are available if needed, with prior arrangement.

Color Variations:
Please note that colors may display differently from one monitor or mobile device to another. Slight differences may also occur between how colors appear on your screen and the final printed product. This is a normal variation and is especially important to keep in mind when printing photos.
Handmade Craftsmanship:
As with all handmade and hand-crafted items, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Raspberry Creative takes great care in producing each item, but we do not guarantee that every item will be perfectly identical.
