Gift wrapping and packaging

All our products are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and packaged securely. We are working hard towards using as many eco-friendly packaging products as possible such as eco-bubble wrap and paper padded jiffy bags. It is our aim to completely eradicate the use of any plastic in our packaging within the next year. We are almost there! We have a range of hand printed Bombus designed wrapping papers that can be chosen at check-out for the ultimate in gift wrapping. And be sure to browse our range of cards, to complete your gifting experience!

Wholesale availability

We have an extensive wholesale collection. We work with galleries, independent department stores and gift shops. Please do request a wholesale price list with details of your store, or give us a call so that we can discuss your requirements.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

All of our products are handmade by our team to order. Each product has its own lead time on its product page. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible from our studio. We ship from the UK via Royal Mail. For domestic deliveries parcels should arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch, and between 5-10 days for International deliveries. However we are beholden to the mail delivery company in your area, and sometimes delays are beyond our control. But please get in touch if you have any concerns or queries and we will always do our best to help.

What do you mean by 'map location'?

On our bespoke map location products you get to tell us the location you would like to appear on your gift. This can be, for example... a postcode, a town, or even a mountain! We then search our collection of real, physical, vintage maps and atlases for your requested location. Once we find it, we cut it out and use it for your artwork.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your product. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please return it to us, wrapped securely in original packaging, for an exchange or refund. In cases where products do not meet your expectations please get in touch with us to discuss a replacement.
