ABOUT OUR BOOKMARKS / WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- Our bookmark designs can easily be changed to fit your specific needs. Simply let us know if you need color, verse, or even graphic changes such as removing or adding graphics.

- Our bookmarks measure approx. 1-3/4" x 8", are laminated, and are two-sided (front and back are identical unless you request something different on the back)

- Our bookmarks are printed using high quality materials and inks, and result in a true photo-quality bookmark.

- Each bookmark includes tassel color of your choice (color options are shown with product photos above).

- Each bookmark includes a clear resealable envelope bag. *You will need to insert your bookmarks into the bags once they arrive (shipping is less expensive this way).

THE ORDER PROCESS

1. Choose the quantity you would like to order from the drop-down menu (cost is shown next to qty).

2. Choose a tassel color from the drop-down menu.

3. In the "Add Personalization" box add Color Scheme, Name, and Life/Passing Dates.
*Both sides of bookmark will be the same unless instructed otherwise. There is no additional charge if you would like something different on the back.

4. After clicking Add to Cart, click Contact Shop on the next page. In that pop-up window you may include any special instructions and upload any photo(s) needed for your bookmark by clicking the little picture icon (limit of 3). If you have more than 3 photos, please send a second message after placing order with remaining photos.

AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED:

5. A proof of your bookmark will be emailed for your review and approval (usually within 24 hours Monday - Friday).

Because this product is a personalized item, returns are only accepted if the item(s) are defective or damaged in some way.

If you need to return any or all of the items, please do so within 7 days of delivery. If the item(s) are deemed to be defective, we will issue a full refund including return shipping charges.
