How to Place and Order

To begin, purchase the item(s) you’re interested in from our shop. During checkout, please include all details for your custom design in the personalization or notes section. After placing your order, send any inspiration images, or files, to us via Etsy message or email dreamdesigngroup31@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your order number so we can easily match your information. Once we receive everything, a member of our design team will reach out to confirm details and start creating your custom design. We specialize in personalized designs made just for you. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for in our shop, feel free to send us a reference photo or idea, we’re happy to create a custom design inspired by your vision.

What File Formats Should I Use for Logos and Images?

For the best print results, we recommend uploading high-resolution files in PNG or JPEG format. Vector files such as AI or EPS are also welcome and provide the highest quality output. Images should be 300 DPI or higher to ensure a crisp, clear print. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss of image quality, including pixelation or blurriness, caused by low-resolution files provided by the customer.

What Is Considered a High-Resolution Image?

- If your photos were taken professionally, request the high-resolution print files from your photographer, as many images shared initially are sized for web use only. - Files should be free of watermarks, logos, or text unless they are intentionally part of your design. - Please avoid screenshots, images downloaded from the internet, or photos saved from social media platforms, as these are typically low quality. - Do not overly compress images when saving or exporting, as this reduces clarity and detail.

How long will it take to receive the initial design proof?

After your order is placed, you can expect to receive an initial design proof within 1–2 business days. Orders submitted near or during the weekend will be reviewed starting the next business day. The proof is a digital mockup showing your custom design prior to printing, and production will not begin until the design is approved. To avoid delays, timely feedback and approval are essential. Extended response times or additional design changes may affect your production and shipping schedule. Larger revision requests or delayed communication can result in a longer overall turnaround time.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

We do our best to share accurate delivery timelines; however, shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly suggest selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. Orders move into production after design approval and are generally shipped within 2–3 business days. Expedited orders are given priority to help ensure the quickest possible delivery. Which Shipping Carrier Do You Use? Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided through Etsy messages or email so you can follow your delivery. Please be sure to monitor your shipment and notify us as soon as possible if you notice any delivery concerns or delays. All orders are shipped directly from our production facilities using FedEx or UPS.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us right away so we can assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigation timelines and outcomes are determined by the carrier. But we always strive to replace the order and get it back out to you for your event. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 1–2 business days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine next steps. Reports made outside of this timeframe may limit our ability to assist or file a claim.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event of a production error or defect, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist accordingly. For additional information, please refer to our full return policy.

What if the Printed Colors Look a little Different Than What I See on My Screen?

Color differences can occur due to individual screen settings, brightness levels, and display calibration. Because of this, slight variations between digital previews and printed products are expected and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Let me begin by saying the craftsmanship was amazing! However, I was a little disappointed because I had not received top and bottom pole pocket as requested. Nevertheless, this shop proved to be a real Gem. They contacted me and apologized for missing that small detail and immediately jump to the opportunity to correct. I am totally happy and so excited about my daughters step and repeat for her sweet 16 birthday celebration. It’s AMAZING!!! Thanks so much for the awesome job you did. I so appreciate your creating the different choices for me when I wasn’t pleased with the way the first letter of my daughters name appeared.
