FEATURES OF OUR GLASS:
- 16 oz Libbey pint glass
- Dimensions of glass are: 5.9" high; 3.5" diameter
- Laser etched design. Unlike paint or vinyl, our process is permanent and will not peel off or wear away.
- Dishwasher safe
- Glass orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground (depending on total quantity and location).
- Every glass is proudly engraved and shipped from our local shop in Olyphant, PA.
- We work with you to make sure your design looks just the way you want it too!

ORDERING PROCESS:
- In comments during checkout, please indicate text you wish to appear, as you wish it to appear (i.e. if you want a name/word in all caps, write it out in all caps). Please be as specific as possible to ensure we can get you the perfect design with minimal revisions.
- If there is a graphic you would like to have on the glass, please include as an attachment in conversations or email the file (JPEG, SVG, DXF, or GIF) to info [!at] jandjdesignz.com with your Etsy order #. Please also indicate in your checkout comments that you are sending a graphic file so we can be on the lookout. SVG or PDF files are preferred in order to give you the highest quality detail, but we accept all formats.
- You will receive a proof of your order sent to the email used in your order within 2 business days (Mon - Fri). WE WILL NOT PRODUCE YOUR ORDER WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL. Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE
- Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval is received.
- Returns/exchanges are not available on personalized products.
- All of our orders are shipped insured. We take extra care to ensure all of our items are shipped securely. In the event of shipping damage, you are responsible for notifying us within 5 days of receipt. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise.
We will assist in filing the insurance claim, however we may require your assistance in providing the insurer additional information/photos. We will replace your order or issue a refund (your choice) upon completion of the insurance submission.
- We are extraordinarily careful to ensure what you order is what you receive. In the event there is an error on our part on your item, we will replace it at no cost to you (including shipping of the new item).
