Products shipped to the EU

Any non-exempt item may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt, by EU residents only, by first contacting me and explaining your reason for return. No returns based on refusal to pay your import fees. An item that has sat in Customs due to your refusal to pay import fees will result in substantial penalty fees due to loss of re-sale time of your item, said fee to be determined by me, the Shop Owner. Please ask all questions prior to committing to purchase any item that must be shipped overseas, to avoid costly returns. shipping fees are never reimbursed.

All returns of non -exempt items must notify me within 24 hours of receipt, & returned within 3 days. See above for exempt items. Please do not ask me to take back a ring box based upon a the color you chose, or a monogram you chose. I will work closely with you to insure color matching if the proper listing is purchased. Those boxes purchased directly from a listing will not be refunded based upon color matching. All monitors and people display and see color differently. If color matching is very important to you, please purchase swatches or the Custom Color listing for your ring box. This will insure happiness with your color. I DO NOT REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS UPON RETURN OF ANY ITEM IN WHICH FREE SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED AT PURCHASE.

Most rings can be resized by your local jeweler up or down several ring sizes. Please ask if you see a ring you love but is not in your size.

Can I return a ring I purchased?

You can, but not due to size unless the ring is not re-sizable, due to its design ( full eternity ring, etc). There is a 20% restocking fee for any return. This covers the liability of shipping one-off rings through the mails and to get the ring to you safely. You are also responsible for the return cost of the ring and the original shipping cost. The ring must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt and must be returned via Fed Ex 3-Day or faster. This policy also applies to other pieces of jewelry that are not rings, with exception of the sizing policy. The cost of returning a piece of jewelry also includes my shipping cost to you, through Fed Ex. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

A beautiful soft, frosty, dusty, grey blue/lavender custom dyed velvet. It’s a color I have been searching for and now I can offer it to all those French blue pink based grey blue/lavender fans (yes, it’s a thing). It’s just such a pretty color, paired with matching lavender-grey grosgrain for a monotone affect, dark navy grosgrain if you wish to bring out the blue tones, or possibly grey or plum grosgrain to bring out the lavender or grey tones, this color is not to be missed. It reminds me of the beautiful deep grey/lavender of clouds right before a thunderstorm.

I can make the box in every shape we carry, Perfect for grey themed weddings, soft jewel toned themes, or just a blue/lavender velvet lover, this color is hard to beat. I got my hands on a good supply of hand dyed velvet. Please be aware that slight color variations within the fabric are inherent in hand dyed velvet and just adds to its appeal.

All boxes measurements are approximate and questions should be asked to insure your ring will fit inside with the lid on top. Each box stands approximately 3.5 cm tall when closed to accommodate the height and setting of your ring. All my boxes have been designed by me, so that the lids are secure and will stay in place.

💙 Gorgeous 💜 The epitome of elegance! Expertly crafted in the most luxe velvet. The color is also a standout - a dreamy blue lavender. So hard to capture in a photo. TheFamilyJoolz is simply the best! Thanks Melissa 🤗 As a side note, the ring in the photo is a size 6. As you can see, there is plenty of extra room for a larger ring. The box is a medium.

LOVE this box! 💙💜💙 Beautiful blue gray lavender color (called “Storm”) in the most lush fine quality velvet. Expertly custom crafted by hand. The materials and workmanship truly exceed expectations. Melissa consistently provides outstanding customer service - friendly and attentive. The attached image shows one box in the tiny circle and one in the medium. The smaller box contains a size 6 ring with a thin band, it fits quite comfortably. TheFamilyJoolz is simply the best!

I ADORE this box! It is beyond charming. The velvet is very fine quality and the box itself is expertly crafted. A sweet addition to the vanity. The color is a blue/grey with a very subtle lavender undertone. This color would look great with silver or platinum rings. I got the tiny circle which is best suited to a smaller ring. For reference, the ring in the attached image is a size 5 with a very thin band and very small pearls. The box arrives nestled in a protective tin and is well packed for transit. Beyond the outstanding quality and beauty of the box, is the A+ customer service. Melissa has been a delight to work with! The thoughtful care and attention to detail are unparalleled. I can’t wait to order more!
