When can I expect my order to ship?

All of the jewelry in my shop is made to order unless otherwise specified. The amount of time needed to complete an item for dispatch varies. Please see the shipping and policies tab of each listing for detailed information. Once you have placed an order please see your purchase receipt for the scheduled ship by date. Your order will ship on or before this date. In the event that we are unable to ship by the scheduled date we will notify you. If you need your purchase in a hurry please let us know. In most cases we can have an order in the mail within 48 hours and we are happy to accommodate all requests whenever possible.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer Standard and Express shipping options. All packages are shipped from Athens, Greece. Packages shipped using standard shipping are shipped FIRST CLASS REGISTERED MAIL with tracking via Hellenic Post. Your package will be delivered by the local post office at your location. We also offer an express shipping option via DHL. Please note that our express shipping option is not available in all areas because it is cost prohibitive. If you choose this option and it is not available in your country, we will refund any shipping overages. If you need any assistance with tracking please contact us. We will gladly contact the postal service to find all available information.

When will my order arrive?

STANDARD SHIPPING - 4 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS - 1 TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS ★ The above are the current estimated shipping time frames based on our experience. We can not guarantee that this will always be the case as there have been a few instances when packages have taken longer to arrive. Many factors influence shipping times including customs delays, weather, postal strikes, etc. If you need your item by a specific date it is best to place your order as early as possible, especially during the busy holiday season. ★ We are not responsible for carrier and customs delays.

Ring sizes are listed in whole and half U.S. sizes. If you don't know your ring size or need to convert from an international size please contact us. We can send you a printable pdf that can help with both. Custom sizing is available.

BANGLE BRACELET SIZING

Bangle sizes are based on the inside diameter of the bracelet. We find that the best way to find your bangle size is to make a closed fist and measure the distance between the middle of your pinkie finger knuckle and the middle of your index finger knuckle. Compare this measurement to the available bracelet sizes and order the size that is closet to your number. Bangle bracelet should be a little tight going over the hand to insure a proper fit on the wrist. EXTRA SMALL - 2 1/4 in. or 57 cm SMALL - 2 3/8 in. or 6 cm MEDIUM - 2 1/2 in. or 6.35 cm LARGE - 2 5/8 in. or 6.7 cm EXTRA LARGE - 2 3/4 in. or 7 cm XX Large - 3 in. or 7.3 cm If you need further assistance or a custom size please contact us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Your return must include the Belle Boheme Jewellery receipt that was attached to the dispatch notice (packing slip). Once we receive your item we will promptly refund your purchase minus any shipping charges. All items not returned by the original buyer can only be exchanged if accompanied by a gift receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. We do not offer returnless refunds. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPPING- Please place orders as early as possible to insure delivery in time for the holidays. Shipping times vary depending on location. Current estimated shipping times are between 4 to 10 business days for STANDARD delivery and 1 - 4 business days for EXPRESS. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as shipping times are influenced by a number of factors especially during the busy holiday season. GIFT WRAPPING- All orders shipped after December 1 will be holiday/winter gift boxed. RETURNS- If your purchase is a gift please request a gift receipt at checkout. Items that are not returned by the original buyer will require a gift receipt for exchange.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Although we have yet to experience a lost or damaged package, the following policies apply. LOST PACKAGES- If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, we will begin an inquiry with the postal service. Once we receive confirmation that the package was not delivered or is missing we will refund or replace your item. Please be aware that this process may take several weeks. DAMAGED PACKAGES- We package all jewelry to avoid damage during transit. If your item does arrive damaged, it must be returned to us in order to be replaced or refunded.

UNDELIVERABLE/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

A 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from refunds resulting from undeliverable or unclaimed packages. Please be sure that you have submitted your correct mailing address at checkout. We will contact you to verify any address that appears incorrect or incomplete. If you are not at your address when delivery is attempted, please arrange for redelivery of your package as soon as possible. Packages that are left at the post office are returned to sender after 15 days. If your item is returned to us we gladly ship it back to you at an additional cost. In this case a restocking fee will not be charged.

This stacking ring set includes three hammered bands. One matte/brushed finish sterling silver band, one polished 14K gold filled band, and one oxidized sterling silver band that has been polished to a beautiful gunmetal color. Each finish shows off the texture of the band in a different way. All three bands are a nice 1.6 mm wide, not too thick and not too thin. They can be worn separately or stacked with other rings.
