Materials: navy blue, silk satin, steel cut faceted black beads, beaded beading, gold bullion embroidery, metal thread embroidered, red beads, size medium m, large l

1920s Egyptian Revival navy liquid silk satin dress. Luminescent black faceted steel cut beading and metallic gold bullion embroidery in geometric designs on bodice and sleeves. Deep keyhole neck front! Loose oversized fit.

Bust: 38"
Dropped waist/high hip: 44"
Length: 43"

Condition: Excellent. Some pinholes, some minor seam stress at waistline, some minor unnoticeable bead loss. I believe it would have originally had a matching sash belt that would have snapped onto the waist, as there are some snaps still present. Some thinned spots at right underarm but interior patch reinforces this area.

1920s items should fit loosely. In general I recommend at least 2" of wiggle room between your measurements and dress measurements.
