When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship same or next day, depending on the time of day of the order. At the latest, your order will ship on the ship-by date shown on the product listing page or in your receipt.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping method (free with minimum purchase) is USPS First Class, which is typically 2-4 days in transit. You have the option of choosing USPS Priority or USPS Express during checkout, which are typically 2-3 days in transit and 2 days in transit, respectively. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon time of shipment so that you may keep an eye on its progress if you'd like.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Absolutely! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. To initiate a return or exchange, or if you have any questions about your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience. A full refund less shipping charges will be issued upon receiving the item(s) back, provided they are unused and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless there was an error our part. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method as well as the original packaging (or otherwise protected), so you can be sure that the item(s) make their way back to us undamaged. If there was a mistake on our part or damage during transit to you, you will not need to pay the return shipping (USPS First Class with tracking).
