Disappointed the whole front of the frame, including the background color, is just printed and stuck on instead of hand painted as expected. It gives it a cheaper, plastic look instead of the wood look I thought. This wasn’t clear to me from the description and pictures before purchasing. The personalization was accurate to my request and the frame was received timely.
