I don't want to have editable fields. Can you set it up so it is permanent but is still a PDF?

What is an "editable PDF"?

Simply put, it is a PDF that you can make certain changes to, all without having to purchase any extra software.

I logged out before I downloaded my purchase, how do I retrieve my file?

Using a browser, while logged in, go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases, and you should see your file (currently, this cannot be done on the Etsy app).

I can't edit my "editable PDF", why not?

First, please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Acrobat Reader (free) at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ After you have downloaded Reader, make sure your editable PDF is being opened using Reader and not a different default software. If you are using Acrobat from Creative Cloud, you do not need to click on any "editing" tools. Simply click into each blue field as soon as you open the file.

Can I edit every line on my form?

Many of our forms can be edited, but some can not. On our editable ones, you can for example, add your company information and column headers (our product photos show editable fields marked in blue). If you would like to edit more than this, you can request a custom order.
