I had high hopes for this item, and from the start that were problems from promised date on the posting of this item to the actual ship date to the actual delivery date then upon receiving it and wearing it for four days, it broke. Quality of the clasp enclosure are poor and the silver is thin and of poor quality.

I use only top quality materials and I have many many repeat customers who have been buying from me for years. This customer demanded that I refund or replace because her package hadn't made it there in 7 days. I jumped through hoops to track it down and she received it the very next business day. There were no problems from the beginning except that she expected to bully me into shipping sooner (delivery dates are estimated, not promises) and she EXPECTED to receive a refund PLUS the free ankle bracelet. I refuse to play the feedback extortion game.
