Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Order is shipped according to address provided to me by Etsy at the time of purchase. If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned back to me. I can re-ship the item to you when item is received back in the mail. There will be an extra charge for re-shipping regarding the post office rates. Missing packages marked as "Delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. In that case, please contact your local post office, family members, neighbors and the mailman. Sometimes they can locate it. There will be a 75% refund for unclaimed packages due to local taxes or for any other reason.
