What chain length should I choose for a necklace?
14 inches (35.5 cm): choker that wrap high around the neck - Kids size
15 inches (38 cm): closely around the neck - Ids size or slim adult
16 inches (40.5 cm): at neckline
17 inches(43 cm): average length
18 inches (45.5 cm): at collar bone - Common adult size
19-21 inches (48-53 cm): few inches below collarbone (mid-chest)

In case of returned item: Shipping fee (except cases of proven damage (photo of the damage & explanations)) will be on the buyer only. Shipping Fee paid for shipping will be deducted from the refund as it was paid for the carrier and it did arrive to you.
In order to get a refund you need to send the item back in it's original package and condition. Any loss of value is on buyer responsibility and it will be deducted from the refund.

• Avoid wearing your gold filled jewelry in the ocean or swimming pools, as the salt water and chlorine can cause damage.
• Keep your gold filled jewelry as dry as possible and away from pesky humidity! Make sure you store it individually in an air-tight plastic bag as rubbing it against other jewelry can cause it to lose its sheen.
• Avoid wearing your gold filled jewelry when cleaning. Exposure to heavy detergents and cleaning agents can be detrimental.
• Be mindful that perfume, hairspray and hand lotions may tarnish your gold filled jewelry due to the harsh chemicals they contain.

Sterling silver consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.

►GOLD FILLED: Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-mechanically, pressure bonded to another metal (usually copper or brass). Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating....It does not flake or rub off like gold plating. Most people who can wear gold can wear gold filled without allergic reaction.

If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it will most likely be returned back to me.

I can re-ship the item to you when item is received back in the mail. There will be an extra charge for re-shipping regarding the post office rates.

Missing packages marked as "Delivered" can sometimes be misplaced. In that case, please contact your local post office, family members, neighbors and the mailman. Sometimes they can locate it.

There will be a 75% refund for unclaimed packages due to local taxes or for any other reason.
