We do not accept returns of personalized or custom orders. We do accept returns or exchanges of non-personalized items, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

My order was returned to sender, what can I do?

In the event your package was returned to us by the courier due to an incomplete shipping address, incorrect shipping address, or if the package was refused, we can resend it to a correct and confirmed address but the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.

The case is excellent quality, vibrant colors and fits my phone snugly. I'm very happy with my purchase. The one star lost is for shipping time. I realize they kept the window as given to me for estimated shipping time but it took nearly a week for this to ship. I had shipping from Canada from Etsy and a cat tree also out of California ordered later and still coming much sooner than a small phone case. Other than that, highly recommended.
