Custom and personalized orders

All custom and personalized orders are made especially for you 🤍 They do not qualify for a return, refund or exchange of any kind. If there is an issue, simply message me as soon as possible and I will do my very best to help.

14K ORDERS RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE

I am more than happy to help you with any issues you have with your orders. All 14K orders are custom made per order, we do not make a surplus or have any stock on them. Exchanges are welcome on occasion, some additional costs may apply. We will not be able to give a return or refund of any kind. Of course each and every circumstance is different so we can discuss any issues and come to a compromise, if applicable. Customer service and satisfaction is my #1 priority!

Please be advised that all mail carriers USPS, FEDEX , UPS are currently experiencing longer than normal shipment times, occasional no scan activity/updates. Please allow at least 48hrs and check again on a weekday, after receiving your tracking information for a scan and or update. We are doing our best to manage this situation and these occurrences are rare, but please understand we do not have special insight, access or control over your package once it leaves our shop. We use the same tracking number that is also given to you to track and locate your package.

When will my exchange or repair be ready and sent out?

All repairs and exchanges take 1-2 weeks to prepare and ship out with a USPS tracking number. When your item is ready, you will likely receive a message and picture of the completed product along with a short message with details. The tracking number will come in a separate email. You can also access that tracking number through your original order. Simply message me with any questions or updates, I will get back to you with a speedy reply!

Will my ring fade or tarnish?

Our rings are made of either : - 14k Solid Real Gold - Sterling Silver with Rhodium - 18k Yellow Gold Vermeil - 18k Rose Gold Vermeil (Vermeil: Heavy 18k plating over sterling silver) - Black Rhodium and Ruthenium Any 14k Solid Gold ring will never fade or tarnish, it is solid real gold. If you purchase a Gold Vermeil / Rose Gold Vermeil / Black Coated ring, the sterling silver from underneath will eventually start to show overtime. Please note this will not turn your finger green. If your Vermeil / Black ring has faded, we offer an affordable Repolish & Vermeil Service that is available anytime you need! Simply message us with pictures and we will create a custom listing for you to make your ring like new again!

Multiple Returns & Try-On Policy

All of our rings are made to order, so we typically do not create or send multiple rings solely for try-on purposes. If you choose to purchase multiple rings for try-on, please note that a 25% restocking fee per ring will apply. Our return policy requires that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back with tracking within 3 days. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on customized pieces..

~ Simple instructions to care for the ring is not expose your jewelry to chemicals like bleach, chlorine, hairspray, to avoid chemical reactions or breakdown of materials. (Just as you would with any jewelry)
~ Try not wear your jewelry in the shower or to bed to avoid soapy residue or accidental pulling on prongs.
~ Polishing the ring every so often will keep it looking shiny and new! Simply use a microfiber cloth or a special silver/gold polish cloth.
~ Be Gentle with your ring! It is very important that it is treated with care to ensure the construction of the ring is not compromised by impact, improper cleaning and care which can cause stones to fall out or ring setting to be damaged.
In the very unlikely occasion that your ring is damaged or faded from use, simply just send me a message with photos attached an I will do my very best to help you with all your concerns!

~ Safety: All orders will come in an elegant and sturdy black jewelry box to ensure your rings safety as it travels to you. The reality is that shippers can be quite rough with packages which is why I’ve picked the perfect box ensuring that ring will not be able move around and will stay in place until it reaches you.
~ Wrapping: The packaging consists of a black high quality ring box that is placed inside a white gift box and decorated with a bow. See the last photo in the listing for an example of exactly what you will receive.

~Your ring is made specifically for you and your ring size. It may take anywhere from 3-5 days to make and prepare shipment.
~ All materials are made of recycled metals so there is a small chance that it may take up to 2 weeks to get it to you however, it is unlikely for that to happen. If it does, I will message you to make sure you are okay with the wait.
~ I stand by the quality of my rings and I personally look over every order to ensure that it is made with attention to detail of the highest quality.
